SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Hello Creative People, well it's time for another Special Announcement..........

As you are aware we have had a Guest on our Creative Team to introduce new people and new talent to you through Scrapville.  It is now time to say Thank You to Marg, who has been the first of our Guest Creative Team Members.  Marg has created some beautiful projects, and has been enlightening us all with her very refreshing shabby style.  I am sure you have all taken a bit of inspiration away from Marg's projects, and hopefully tried out a few of the techniques Marg has used.

But wait - there's more!  She's not going far...........  I have decided to keep Marg on board the Creative Team for a bit longer yet, as we are still one person down with Sally overseas.  Marg has thankfully agreed, so you will all continue to see more of her wonderful projects.

With that spot filled I now have to announce my next Guest Creative Team Member for the next few months.................................

Please welcome Anthea English to the Creative Team.

I would like to share a few Q and A's about Anthea with you, and look forward to seeing her exploring the bounds of creativity at Scrapville - which I don't doubt she will!  Anthea will be joining Melinda and Marg on the Scrapville Creative Team, and I am sure you will see some pretty exciting stuff coming up very soon!!  ................. now

Where do you live?

Wodonga, in a brand spanking new house (yep – I am just a little excited about the new house thing!)

How long have you been scrapbooking/cardmaking for?

Scrapbooking for about 2 and a half years.

What style do you like?

I love all styles but my favourites would probably be shabby chic and grunge.

What colours do you like to work with?

I love to work with all colours! My favourites though would have to be turquoise, bright pink, orange and lime greens.

What products do you love to work with?

I love to use a huge variety of products in my scrapping, however I would go crazy with no patterned paper. I also love ribbons, glimmer mist, dimensional magic and lots of bling.

What are your favourite papers?

I love Cosmo Cricket, October Afternoon, Scenic Route, BoBunny, My Minds Eye……oh dear – the list goes on!

Who are the people you most love to scrap?

My kids! I have a 10 year old son and a 3 year old daughter, so I really get to play with both girl and boy LOs. I also love doing LOs of my hubby and am getting better at doing a LO or two with me in it.

Where do you scrap?
Mostly by myself on the kitchen table or the living room floor – but I have been going to a few crops at Scrapville lately which I really enjoy. I also love to scrap with my sister when she has the time.

Do you go to any retreats?

No – I have never been to a retreat – but I have two planned for this year. I hope they are as much fun as I think they will be.

Have you ever been published?

No – but I have been accepted for submission in an upcoming issue of Scrapbooking Memories. I cannot wait to see my work in print!
